Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) and Asset Work Management initiatives within a utilities environment. The role involves bridging business and IT teams for system enhancements, implementations, and data/reporting solutions.

Key Requirements:

7 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong experience in SAP Work & Asset Management (Electric Distribution, Transmission, Substation)
Experience in utilities domain (PG&E or similar)
Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and project implementation
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of SQL, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint

Nice to Have:

Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) experience
Joint Pole (JUMP) or utility asset portal experience

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Act as liaison between business and IT teams
Support system implementation, testing, and enhancements
Develop process models, use cases, and functional specs
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00-$74.00 per hour.
