Oracle EPM, FCC & Planning Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle EPM, FCC & Planning Administrator in Phoenix, AZ.

Summary:
The Oracle EPM, FCC & Planning Administrator is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of Oracle EPM Cloud applications-including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Planning. This role supports close processes, ensures system stability, executes data loads, provides user support, and delivers enhancements in a SOX-compliant environment.

Responsibilities:
Application Administration:
* Administer Oracle EPM Cloud FCC and Planning applications, including metadata, security, user provisioning, substitution variables, period maintenance, and calendars
* Monitor daily system jobs, application health, and close-cycle performance
* Execute and troubleshoot business rules, integrations, and data loads
* Support Smart View connectivity and user access issues

Close & Forecast Cycle Support:
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles within FCC
* Assist Planning teams with budget and forecasting cycles
* Run consolidation, currency translation, and elimination rules
* Resolve locks, job failures, and performance bottlenecks during peak periods

Data Management & Integrations:
* Run and validate Data Management loads, ensuring completeness and accuracy
* Troubleshoot mapping issues, data exceptions, and load errors
* Coordinate with upstream data providers and downstream reporting teams to maintain data integrity

Security, Controls & Audit:
* Maintain user access and group security aligned with SOX controls
* Execute access changes with proper documentation and approvals
* Provide logs, evidence, and documentation for audit requests
* Follow established change management processes for migrations and updates

Governance, Documentation & Enhancements:
* Maintain runbooks, job inventories, and administrative checklists

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
* Two (2) years of experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM Cloud

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
* Oracle EPM Cloud certification
* Hands-on administration experience with FCCS and/or Planning
* Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, budget, and forecasting processes
* Knowledge of Essbase fundamentals (BSO/ASO)
* Experience with Data Management and system integrations
* Familiarity with SOX-controlled or audit-driven environments
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills
* General understanding of GAAP
* Travel: Less than 10%

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
