Summary

Mandatory Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
•    5+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience.
•    7+ years of enterprise integration architecture and delivery experience.
•    Experience serving as a Technical Lead on large-scale technology initiatives.
•    Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and mutual TLS (mTLS).
•    Experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures, event-driven integration, and WebSockets.
•    Experience with architecture governance, security reviews, and Architecture Review Boards.
