Role Overview
We are seeking a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph cleared ServiceNow Architect to help build a system that will modernize government business processes. In this role, you will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This position involves using the Agile lifecycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You will analyze needs and the environment to ensure the developed solution considers the architecture, operating environment, and future enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods.
- Experience with web development, including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular, and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration.
- Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with application design concepts and tools, including using UML, ERD, and Flow Diagrams.
- Experience introducing open-source solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow inside a DevOps pipeline.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development methods.
- Experience with proposal writing.
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Integrations.
- ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification.
