Job Description
We are looking for a Junior SAP Vistex Consultant with hands-on or project experience in SAP Vistex, ABAP, and S/4HANA to support development, enhancements, testing, integration, and production support activities.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SAP Vistex / Vistex IP, along with foundational SAP ABAP development skills and exposure to an S/4HANA environment. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to build and strengthen their career in SAP Vistex.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP Vistex development, configuration-related technical activities, enhancements, and production support.
- Develop and maintain basic ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and custom objects.
- Assist with Vistex-related processes such as pricing, rebates, agreements, settlements, claims, billbacks, and chargebacks.
- Analyze technical issues and assist in identifying appropriate SAP/Vistex solutions.
- Perform ABAP and Vistex debugging and troubleshoot application issues.
- Support enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and other ABAP techniques.
- Assist with integration between Vistex and SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Support S/4HANA development and technical support activities.
- Work with senior consultants and functional teams to resolve technical and integration issues.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Learn and apply Vistex best practices while supporting ongoing projects and production environments.
Required Skills
- 1 5 years of SAP experience with exposure to SAP Vistex preferred.
- Hands-on or project experience with SAP Vistex / Vistex IP.
- Good foundational knowledge of SAP ABAP.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
- Understanding of at least some Vistex processes such as Rebates, Pricing, Agreements, Settlements, Billbacks, Chargebacks, or Claims.
- Knowledge of ABAP Objects / OO ABAP.
- Basic experience with BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Reports, Interfaces, and Debugging.
- Basic understanding of SAP integration concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and ability to work with senior technical and functional consultants.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting SAP Vistex implementations, enhancements, or production support.
- Exposure to S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of CDS Views, OData, APIs, or modern ABAP development.
- Exposure to Vistex integration with SAP SD/MM/FI.
- Experience working in an Agile development or support environment.
- SAP Vistex certification or relevant Vistex training is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have actual SAP Vistex exposure, even if their Vistex experience is at the junior level. Candidates with 1 5 years of experience who have worked on Vistex development, support, enhancements, debugging, or integration activities are encouraged to apply.
Important: This position is specifically focused on SAP Vistex + ABAP + S/4HANA. Candidates with only general SAP ABAP experience and no Vistex exposure may not be a good fit.
