Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the program's test, validation, and acceptance framework.
• Establish acceptance criteria aligned with contractual deliverables and county requirements.
• Develop test and acceptance strategies across S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
• Coordinate system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and readiness activities.
• Establish workflows for client-side validation and formal acceptance.
• Manage parallel-run validation where required.
• Coordinate county business validators and subject-matter experts.
• Track defects, discrepancies, variances, and acceptance issues.
• Lead variance triage and determine whether issues are related to:
  • Configuration
  • Data
  • Timing
  • Process
  • Integration
  • Environment
• Establish evidence and documentation standards to support formal acceptance.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test scenarios, results, defects, and acceptance decisions.
• Support Auditor-facing validation and acceptance reporting.
• Manage acceptance gates and milestone readiness.
• Provide executive-level reporting on test progress, defects, risks, and acceptance status.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to drive defect resolution and retesting.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP testing, validation, implementation, or acceptance management experience.
• Experience supporting at least one major SAP lifecycle implementation.
• Experience building and operating test-and-acceptance or parallel-run validation workflows.
• Experience working directly with client-side validators.
• Proven experience with variance triage, including distinguishing configuration, data, and timing-related issues.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and acceptance evidence.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience working with government or highly regulated stakeholders preferred.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
