Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP Activate fit-to-standard discovery and workshop cycles.
Facilitate business-process discovery across county functional teams.
Coordinate fit-to-standard workshops across S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
Identify standard SAP capabilities versus required extensions, configurations, integrations, reports, forms, and process changes.
Manage fit-to-standard decisions and process outcomes.
Create and maintain the backlog and delta list resulting from discovery workshops.
Track requirements, gaps, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies.
Coordinate business and technical teams to resolve process gaps.
Ensure workshop outcomes are translated into actionable implementation activities.
Support scope management and fixed-price delivery governance.
Identify potential change requests resulting from fit-to-standard decisions.
Maintain traceability from business requirements through configuration, testing, and acceptance.
Work closely with the Program Manager and Validation & Acceptance Manager.
Use SAP Cloud ALM to support requirements, backlog, implementation, testing, and delivery tracking.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience.
Experience leading at least two full-lifecycle SAP programs/implementations.
At least one public-sector SAP implementation.
At least one SAP cloud implementation.
Hands-on experience conducting SAP Activate fit-to-standard workshops.
Experience managing workshop outcomes, process decisions, requirements, gaps, and backlog/delta management.
Working knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Ability to translate business requirements into standard SAP processes and controlled extensions.
Experience working within fixed-price implementation constraints.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

County/state/local government ERP modernization
ECC-to-S/4HANA Cloud transformation
SuccessFactors and/or Ariba implementation experience
Texas public-sector experience
PMP or SAFe
Experience presenting formal solution demonstrations/orals
HUB-program familiarity
