SAP HCM/OM Analyst _ Hybrid/Remote, GA (Direct/W2 only)

We are seeking a Senior HR Functional Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP HCM, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA) to support enterprise HR data management initiatives. This role will partner closely with HR IT teams and business stakeholders to analyze business processes, support data-related initiatives, and deliver scalable SAP HR solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and cross-functional expertise, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to translate business pain points into actionable requirements and user stories. Candidates who are strong communicators, collaborative problem-solvers, and experienced in SAP HR environments are highly preferred.

Strong remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered; otherwise, the role will follow a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR IT teams and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Lead end-to-end HR data discussions and support change-related initiatives
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM/OM solutions to enhance business functionality and user experience
• Analyze current business processes and recommend effective SAP-based solutions
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and actionable deliverables
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP HCM modules, including OM and Personnel Administration
• Manage and coordinate interfaces with third-party systems and external vendors
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and defect resolution activities
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve SAP software and integration-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation, enhancements, and production support activities
• Develop and evaluate implementation plans while supporting project execution and delivery
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and user support related to SAP HR solutions
• Maintain knowledge of SAP best practices, HR processes, and organizational standards

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant SAP functional consulting or HR systems experience
• Strong experience with SAP HCM, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA)
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, and production support
• Strong testing experience, including UAT coordination and defect management
• Experience working with HR data management and third-party system integrations
• Ability to assess issues, analyze business processes, and recommend effective solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile or enterprise environments preferred
