Summary

1) Maintain Mini Master to support the modules
2) Employees basic data is needed via info type
3) Basic data needs to be maintained as Mini master

Work you ll do:
1) Configuration & Setup: Configure SAP HR Mini Master for basic employee data (Infotypes 0000-0009,
etc.), organizational structures (PA/OM), and number ranges.
2) Data Management: Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee records for time, payroll, and reporting.
3) Integration: Set up data flow (e.g., using PFAL) between SAP HCM and other systems
like SuccessFactors, FI/CO, or external payroll providers.
4) Support: Provide support for HR processes, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with reporting.
5) Security: Implement authorization controls for sensitive HR data.
6) Training: Train HR users on managing Mini Master data.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
1) 3 - 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM (Personnel Administration - PA, Organizational
Management - OM).
2) Certification: SAP HCM professional certification- optional
3) Integration concepts (SuccessFactors, payroll systems, Other SAP Modules and Third Party systems).
4) Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into techno-functional
requirements
5) Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes
6) Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity
on the above-mentioned modules
7) Understanding of any industry would be a plus
8) Excellent Communication Skills
Good to have:
1) S/4HANA:
a. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Business Partner(BP).
2) Integration:
a. Strong knowledge in integrating SAP HR with other SAP modules as well as external, non-SAP
systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process efficiency
3) Testing:
a. Proficient in unit and integration testing, as well as ensuring high-quality solutions and rapid issue
