Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR and talent management modules, strong functional knowledge of HR business processes, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-based HR solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SuccessFactors modules, supporting integrations, testing, training, and providing production support to ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR, talent management, and workforce administration processes.
· Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements and best practices.
· Implement end-to-end solutions across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning Management, and other modules.
· Manage employee data structures, organizational hierarchies, job classifications, workflows, and security roles.
· Configure business rules, MDF objects, workflows, alerts, and approval processes.
· Support HR process automation including hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes.
· Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and time management teams for integrated HR solutions.
· Work on integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA / third-party systems using CPI, Boomi, APIs, or middleware tools.
· Perform data migration, data validation, and mass data upload activities using templates and import tools.
· Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
· Support role-based permissions (RBP), data privacy, and compliance requirements.
· Conduct system testing including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
· Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
· Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
· Participate in release management and bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades.
· Work closely with project managers, HR teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
· Support global HR transformation and process standardization initiatives.
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
· Expertise in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Succession, or LMS.
· Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
· Hands-on experience with business rules, workflows, MDF, and permissions.
· Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using CPI, APIs, or middleware.
· Knowledge of data migration, reporting, and analytics tools.
· Strong troubleshooting and support skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
· Experience with global implementations and multi-country HR processes.
· Knowledge of SAP HCM / ECC integration.
· Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or Workforce Analytics.
· Experience working in Agile project environments.
