Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.

The agency is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role s primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.

The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the legacy logic to the project team and stakeholders.

Other duties include standard SDLC tasks and other project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central

Successful candidate expected to be renewed for FY'27.

This is currently a remote position; if it should become hybrid, on-site days will be negotiated.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

8-Required-(at least 2 years) Development experience with PeopleTools

8-Required-(at least 2 years) Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher

8-Required-(at least 2 years) Experience with an advanced Oracle database

8-Required-Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.

8-Required-(at least 2 years) Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations

4-Preferred-Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

2-Preferred-Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials

2-Preferred-Experience with Jira

1-Preferred-Experience working with the Scrum framework
