Job Overview:

Pay Range: $120.13hr - $124.13hr

The Advance Analyst will work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging business problems using analytical and statistical approaches.
The role involves applying quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and forecasting techniques to identify trends and patterns.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support business and product decisions.
The analyst will design and build metrics to monitor performance and develop reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
The role also includes presenting insights to stakeholders and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.
Apply statistical methods, experimentation, and forecasting techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data teams.
Design and build metrics and dimensions to track business and product performance.
Develop reporting and analytical tools for stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Leverage AI tools to automate processes and enhance analytics capabilities.

Skills:

Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R and SQL.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with experimental design and A/B testing analysis.
Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable data solutions.
Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools.

Qualification And Education:

Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or Operations Research.
Master s or PhD preferred.
6+ years of industry experience in analytics or data science roles.
