Job Title: Staff Advanced Analyst
Location: US – Remote (occasional office/offsite as needed)
Duration: Contract - 6+ months (potential extension)
Pay Rate Range: $115 - $124 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical modeling, experimentation, and forecasting techniques
- Design and develop metrics, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to track business and product performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data teams to deliver actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing and advanced data analysis to guide strategic and product decisions
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in advanced analytics, product analytics, or data science roles
- Strong programming expertise in Python or R, along with advanced SQL skills
- Experience with statistical analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and data modeling
- Background in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
