Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a qualified candidate with 1+ years of experience for a temp-to-perm position to assist in Full Stack Web and Windows development using C#, Angular, and SQL Server. The candidate will be working with Agile principles to develop and support custom software.

Summary:
The candidate will work closely with the development team to define and prioritize project work, develop functional software, write automated tests, and support and troubleshoot a variety of applications.

This application team works in an enterprise-wide environment, supporting a wide variety of legacy solutions and new initiatives. One of their initiatives is the modernization of their legacy solutions. A successful team member should be able to:
* Be a strong web developer with knowledge of CSS and HTML
* Quickly learn the coding environment and applications
* Follow established best practices while also offering new solutions
* Communicate the details of their work and ideas
* Pay close attention to the quality of their coding and testing

REQUIREMENTS:
Core Competencies:
* Full Stack developer
* C# preferred, Java, or other object-oriented language
* RESTful Web API
* ORM (Entity Framework)

Modern Web Frameworks:
* Angular 10+ Preferred, React, Vue, or other JavaScript frameworks
* CSS 3.0
* HTML 5.0
* JSON

Other skills and tools a developer on this team needs:
* Understanding of Agile/Lean principles - Preferred
* IDE - Visual Studio 2022 and VS Code - Preferred
* .NET and .NET Framework - Preferred
* Relational database (e.g. MS SQL Knowledge - Preferred)
* Data languages: xml, JSON, etc.
* WPF, Windows Form
* Typescript/JavaScript
* ORM - NHibernate, Entity Framework
* Design patterns (MVVM/MVC)
* Report designer (e.g. SSRS)
* Unit, Integration and System Testing - xUnit, NUnit and Jasmine
* Source Code Control - Git
* Continuous Integration Tools such as GitHub

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
