Inbound Logistics Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an Inbound Logistics Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Manage private and system fleets for vertical grain operations supplying our US and Mexico breweries
* Align volumes with Planning and Supplier teams to assess any potential car supply risk
* Manage empty car pipeline for private fleet and place weekly system car orders
* Track Mexico shipping attainment and provide visibility to the MX team
* Analyze transit time
* Escalate issues with railroads and suppliers (Equipment availability, transit times, Rail services at the VOPs)
* Coordinate maintenance for private fleet and monitor associated costs
* Track and process invoices (Shop repairs, freight to shop, etc)
* Track and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs (Car Availability, Plan Attainment)
* Monitor barley fleets and capacities
* Manage hops shipments for the US breweries

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, STEM or other related discipline
* 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, etc
* Intermediate Excel knowledge
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and be detail oriented
* Proactive, team-oriented and willing to take ownership of role
* Rail experience
* Power BI, R, Python, Excel coding experience is nice to have
* Ability to speak Spanish

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
