Logistics Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Logistics Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Weekend monitoring of in-transit, dragging, and uncovered loads
* Monitor carrier performance of critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including award acceptance percentage, on-time arrival, on-time delivery, FPL, and carrier freight claims
* Communicate with carriers and plant contacts to reset or adjust shipping schedules as needed
* Develop and improve relationships with carrier partners by providing excellent customer service and communicating in a professional manner
* Maintain master data within TMS and SAP to support shipping needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
* MS Excel knowledge required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* High attention to detail; Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Must be able to work weekends

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
