Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Execution Manage commercial underwriting and Claims programs.
Stakeholder and CIO Management Manage communication and expectations of C- level stakeholders, especially CIO and Quality Engineering and Assurance leadership.
Influence and align CIO strategic goals with Program Delivery (Test Automation, Gen AI implementation, Data Strategy).
Change Management and Adoption Lead organizational change management for process, strategies, and tools.
Serve as Champion for Transformation and Innovation.
Develop and Manage program budgets.
Identify Risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies across program components.
Top skills required for this role:
o 10+ years of Program/Project Management.
o 15+ years of testing experience with strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
o At least 3 years of Commercial P&C & Claims experience. Nice to have Duckcreek experience.
o Proven experience of working with CIOs.
o Strong mix of Business and Technical acumen.
o Strong stakeholder management skills.
