Summary

Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing product enhancement efforts and help bring additional business groups onto a custom software platform in Cleveland, OH. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments and can translate business needs into clear, actionable work for delivery teams. The role requires strong collaboration, thoughtful documentation, and a hands-on approach to product planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality validation.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define product priorities and shape feature development for a custom software environment.

Utilize AI for business and day-to-day efficiencies

Conduct discovery sessions and user interviews to gather business needs, clarify objectives, and convert findings into well-organized requirements.

Support the data and finance teams coordinating requirements, clarifying workflows, and helping teams adopt product capabilities effectively.

Work closely with technical teams across cloud, CRM, ERP, and related platforms to ensure solutions meet functional expectations.

Perform manual validation of completed features, identify gaps or defects, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues before release.

Contribute to change-related planning, budget-aware decision making, and product improvement activities such as testing feature outcomes and user adoption trends.

Requirements

Previous experience serving as a Project Manager for custom software products in an Agile Scrum setting.

Strong background in underwriting/insurance industry, and PNC

Strong background in requirements gathering, business process documentation, and stakeholder interviews.

Experience utilizing AI for business efficiencies

Ability to track tasks, coordinate priorities, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with manual QA practices and the ability to validate delivered functionality against business expectations.

Exposure to enterprise technology environments that may include cloud technologies, CRM, ERP, or Cisco-based ecosystems.

Knowledge of change management concepts, budget processes, and data-informed approaches such as A/B testing is preferred.
