Description
We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to support business teams by building practical, high-impact solutions in Greenville, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to create applications, automations, and reporting tools that improve visibility, productivity, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform with a strong ability to turn business needs into reliable, user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to address operational needs.
Partner with stakeholders to understand process challenges, define technical requirements, and deliver effective platform-based solutions.
Create automated workflows, interactive dashboards, and data reports that improve efficiency and support informed decision-making.
Support existing solutions by diagnosing issues, refining performance, and implementing updates as business needs evolve.
Connect Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other external systems to enable seamless data flow.
Apply security, governance, and compliance standards throughout solution design, development, and deployment.
Prepare user guidance, technical documentation, and training materials while providing ongoing support to end users.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience developing business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform in a detail-oriented work environment.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Solid understanding of database design, data structures, and reporting concepts.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint and Teams.
Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Understanding of user experience principles for designing intuitive and effective applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices; experience with JavaScript, Python, C#, or related technologies and Power Platform certifications is a plus.
