Job DetailsWhat You'll Do:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Build and maintain complex financial models supporting executive decision-making
- Analyze financial performance including margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing
- Partner directly with the CFO and C-suite to deliver financial insights
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting in Power BI and SQL
- Lead variance analysis and monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue analysis
- Drive commission calculations and bonus modeling for clinical and operational teams
- Play a key role in Workday implementation and process modernization
What We're Looking For:
- 7-15 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Articulate communicator comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite independently
- Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel proficiency
- Workday or similar ERP/FP&A system experience a plus
- Accounting background a bonus
- Local to Orange County - hybrid Tuesday and Thursday onsite in Irvine
