• We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Lead - Playwright to drive enterprise-scale test automation initiatives and lead QA automation strategy across complex applications.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Playwright, modern test automation frameworks, and end-to-end quality engineering practices.

• You will be responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across web platforms.
• The role requires strong hands-on coding ability, excellent analytical thinking, and the ability to influence automation best practices organization wide.
• You should have proven experience implementing and scaling Playwright automation in enterprise environments with CI/CD integration.
• The candidate must possess strong knowledge of UI, API, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, test framework architecture, and automation design patterns is essential.
• Experience integrating Playwright with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and reporting frameworks is highly preferred.
• You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to ensure release quality and testing efficiency.
• The role demands excellent debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Candidates should be comfortable reviewing code, defining QA standards, and leading automation strategy discussions with technical leadership teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building reusable automation utilities, improving test stability, and reducing execution time across large test suites is required.
• Knowledge of performance testing, API automation, test data management, and cloud-based test execution platforms will be an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities, ownership mindset, logical reasoning skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in software quality engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with significant experience in enterprise automation testing environments preferred.
