Job Description

Primary purpose

Build the catalog, workflow, decision, milestone, and exception-management capabilities that guide DCLR through its lifecycle.

Required skills

Service Catalog and catalog variable design
Flow Designer / Workflow Studio
Task generation, approvals, notifications, and decision logic
Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
GlideRecord and ServiceNow security concepts
Automated Test Framework preferred

Preferred experience

Complex intake and fulfillment workflows
Lifecycle milestone and dependency automation

Delivery expectations

Build Assessment and Installation Intake experiences.
Implement DCLR creation and phase/stage transitions.
Configure milestone, dependency, blocker, and exception logic.
Build requester assessment decisions and modify/reassessment paths.
Implement acquisition dependency, installation, and decommission workflows.
Develop progress calculations based on applicable milestones rather than raw task counts.
