Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team! This position requires a strong background in leading projects, analyzing technical and business requirements, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and project management abilities and excel at collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, goals, and deliverables.
Work closely with clients to define project tasks, resource needs, and detailed timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using tools such as Project Insight, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Analyze business and technical requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, and provide customized recommendations.
Document client engagements thoroughly, including design documents, technical specifications, process workflows, and deployment plans.
Facilitate system integration and interface, ensuring all technical aspects are in line with client objectives.
Implement and manage project changes, interventions, and adjustments to achieve desired results.
Provide training and support to clients and consultants who are newer to the field, promoting knowledge transfer and skill development.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management.
Proficiency in Syteline ERP systems and related tools.
PMP Certification is required to demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, both orally and in writing.
Proven experience in training clients and mentoring consultants who are new to the field.
Capability to collaborate with business owners to gather and document detailed requirements.
Skilled in driving quality, testing, and delivery processes to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
