Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of technical work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce Implementation projects.
- 6+ years of project and agile management or related experience that overlaps Salesforce experience.
- Proven track record of leading at least 3+ enterprise-level cross-functional transformational programs using Salesforce.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Ability to drive work independently, identifying solutions, moving them to implementation, and developing long-range strategies.
- Demonstrated mastery in all aspects of Project Management plan-driven methodology, including Scope, Schedule, Financial, Issue & Risk, and Vendor Management.
- Well versed with SW development and SAFE Agile practices.
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with broad range of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of large scale, transformative IT programs.
- Charter large scale IT investments by facilitating the definition of program objectives, success criteria, scope, governance multi-year schedule, and budget.
- Define effective program management processes, structure, roles, and responsibilities to the successful execution and delivery of business objectives.
- Lead business and IT executives in scope alignment and definition sessions, identify program critical success factors, and drive mitigation of significant issues and risks.
- Manage multiple technical teams providing technology and methodology leadership, ensuring the delivery of elegant and innovative IT solutions to high impact business opportunities.
- Effectively remove blockers and mitigate project risks maximizing team productivity and ensuring delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside the project team who provide decision making, information, or support.
- Achieve positive outcomes by identifying common interests, clarifying differences, and achieving consensus or compromise.
- Communicate a clear, vivid, inspiring, and relevant description or picture of project benefits/value to the customer.
- Work to improve and reinforce performance in others by providing clear, specific performance feedback and making or eliciting suggestions for solutions.
- Calculate team velocity, ensure visibility by graphically charting iteration progress, and apply strong facilitation skills to ensure continuous team improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAFE certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Salesforce CPQ or any other product certification.
