Job Overview:
  • Lead business analysis activities in complex healthcare IT environments, focusing on requirements management, system integration, and solution delivery.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders to analyze business processes, define technical requirements, and support system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of healthcare IT systems.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Degree or diploma in Business or IT, or Certified Business Analysis Professional certification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting requirements gathering workshops.
  • Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Experience with business analysis techniques including interviews, workshops, and process modeling.
  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing in large, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows across systems.
  • Define integration requirements and system interaction models.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Evaluate new technology solutions and assess impact on existing systems.
  • Support integration design and interoperability strategies.
  • Contribute to solution design, test plans, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes.
  • Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Provide reporting on project status, deliverables, and timelines.
Should Have:
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
  • Experience with change impact analysis.
  • Experience working with complex system integrations and multiple data sources.
  • Experience with third-party vendor integrations.
  • Experience with healthcare systems such as electronic health records or medical record systems.
Skills:
  • Business analysis and requirements management.

  • Documentation and process modeling.
Qualification And Education:
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, or related field required.
