Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience in MFCS and a strong technical background in Oracle Retail solutions. This role will be responsible for driving architecture, technical design, implementation, integration, and support for Oracle Retail merchandising solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Retail MFCS solutions.
Work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop integrations between MFCS and other retail/enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership for customization, extensions, and system enhancements within the Oracle Retail ecosystem.
Support data migration, configuration, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MFCS implementations.
Ensure best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines are followed across the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, functional consultants, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Retail technologies.
Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Retail MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Oracle Retail architecture, integrations, and technical components.
Experience in solution design, technical leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
