Open Roles & Rate Range (Pay Rate) Principal Tech Consultants :Sr Tech Consultants - Tech Consultants - Rate : Associate Tech Consultants - Rate : Job Overview We are hiring experienced professionals in Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) to support enterprise procurement functions for our client. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor negotiations • Oversee procure-to-pay (P2P) processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and payments • Handle supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance management • Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) • Perform spend analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain) Required Qualifications • Strong experience in Sourcing & Procurement Operations / Procurement Consulting • Hands-on experience in P2P, sourcing, and vendor management • Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, etc.) • Good understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Certifications (Preferred) • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) • CSCP / CIPS or equivalent procurement certifications • CSA / SPO certifications are Preferred Preferred Skills • Experience with large enterprise procurement transformations • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
