Location: Remote (U.S.-based, onshore only)
Project Manager to support the KYT (Know Your Team) initiative within its digital channel platforms. This role serves as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for requirements intake, backlog management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment between business needs and product execution across the KYT roadmap.
This is a critical, onshore role requiring real-time collaboration during U.S. business hours to support systems tied to ongoing, high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for KYT stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and grooming
- Coordinate closely with product owners, engineering, and dependent teams to ensure delivery alignment
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across the KYT roadmap
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level communications
- Facilitate requirement reviews, backlog refinement, planning sessions, and status meetings
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and scope changes proactively
- Ensure delivery follows agreed timelines, processes, and governance standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product/Delivery Manager
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication experience
- Hands-on experience managing requirements and backlogs
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote environment
