Description
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our enterprise product portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate across departments, and shape the future of our products.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement the long-term product vision and strategy to align with company objectives and customer expectations.
Lead and develop the Product Management team, fostering a culture of excellence and user-focused innovation.
Prioritize product initiatives based on strategic impact, customer requirements, and organizational capacity.
Collaborate with Technology and Program teams to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and data-informed decisions.
Oversee the successful introduction of new products, features, and major enhancements.
Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing insights on product direction and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Promote best practices and user-centered design principles across product development processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product management, including leading teams.
Proven track record of creating and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities combined with effective decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated executive presence.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in product management tools, data analytics, and performance metrics.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
