Title: ServiceNow QA Engineer
Location: Plano or McLean, TX (5 day a week in office)

Job Description:
Senior QA Engineer will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team and will be responsible for the manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations of "out-of-the-box" ServiceNow solutions. This role requires solid understanding of ServiceNow platform behaviours, modules, ACLs, flows, and integration testing.
Required Qualifications:
5 8+ years of QA.
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC).
Strong automation experience (Selenium)
Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows.
Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules.
3+ years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX.
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
2+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management
Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
CI/CD experience (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
Experience with domain-separated instances
Prior experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects
Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF)
