Kforce has a client that is seeking a People Technology Data Analyst in Bowie, MD.
Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned People Technology Data Analyst (Oracle HCM expert) to support a focused 3-6 month effort centered on data cleanup and system optimization within our People Technology organization. This position requires strong technical proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including the ability to analyze complex datasets, execute large-volume data corrections, and accurately document system configurations and operational processes.
In this role, the consultant will act as a key subject matter expert across Core HR, Compensation, Workforce Management, Time and Absence, and related modules. The individual will lead major data quality improvement initiatives across our employee population while ensuring system accuracy, stability, and alignment with business needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Candidates may also qualify with equivalent experience, such as 4+ years in HRIS or People Technology roles in place of a degree
* At least two years of direct, hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM in a live production setting
* Practical expertise with key Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, and Workforce Management
* Proven background supporting large-scale data remediation, cleanup efforts, or data migration activities within enterprise systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
