Kforce has a client that is seeking a People Technology Consultant in Bowie, MD.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced People Technology Consultant (Oracle HCM professional) to lead a critical 3-6 month initiative focused on assessing and optimizing our People Technology environment. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, as well as the ability to analyze complex configurations, pinpoint gaps and improvement areas, and translate findings into actionable, strategically aligned recommendations.
The Consultant will function as the primary subject matter expert, conducting a thorough evaluation of our current Oracle HCM design across Core HR, Time and Absence, Compensation, and related modules. This review will measure our existing setup against business needs and recognized industry best practices. Based on this analysis, the Consultant will create a prioritized roadmap outlining short-term enhancements, medium-term opportunities, and longer-range initiatives to strengthen support for People team goals and broader enterprise objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline; Alternatively, candidates without a degree may qualify with 6+ years of relevant Oracle HCM consulting or implementation experience
* At least five years of hands-on work with Oracle Fusion HCM in roles involving configuration, implementation, or consulting
* Experience developing strategic recommendations and roadmap deliverables for complex enterprise technology environments
* A track record of leading or playing a key role in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM deployments
* Demonstrated capability in performing system assessments, optimization analyses, or post-go-live reviews
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
