> Good experience in using the POSTMAN tool for API (Send API requests/Verify responses/automate tests/Monitor API’s)

> SIM -> Profile Based Configurations -> Based on User Plan/Profile etc.,

> Rest API based configuration Pushes

> Good Handson Experience in Configuration and validation of SIM/eSIM profiles for MVNO customers; resolve attachment, authentication, and activation failures across Android/iOS device platforms.

> Should be able to investigate roaming issues, IMSI/APN configurations, VoWiFi registration problems.

> Utilize APIs for MVNE/MNO system integration; develop automation scripts for SIM activation, network testing, and ticket handling.

> Support device certification for MVNO compatibility; maintain troubleshooting workflows and knowledge base for SIM/eSIM and network issues.

> Good understanding of 5G NSA/SA architecture; analyze device logs (UE Logs) and KPIs to identify patterns, prevent recurring issues, and enhance customer experience.

> Good understanding of Call flows like VoLTE and VoWiFi and able to troubleshoot issues independently
