·       Consolidate Product Line Iteration reviews into Product Group Iteration reviews and retros.

·       Coordinate, be accountable and ensure Product Teams are progressing, focusing on scope, timelines & release management.

·       Support Foundational Product teams by coordinating Release activities such as Cutover, Testing cycles, training programs and data readiness with Product teams

·       Support resolving PDO and Foundational related dependencies with Product Managers

·       Remove blockers and impediments by ensuring teams are bringing issues to appropriate governance forums

·       Facilitate lessons learned and transition to steady-state support/operations

·       Lead end-to-end management of SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support enhancements) including S/4HANA migrations, module deployments (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.), and integration initiatives.

·       Manage project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs, and change management processes.

·       Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, JIRA usage standards, and reporting templates across the SAP team.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

·       3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support) in project management capacity.

·       Demonstrated expert-level, daily hands-on use of JIRA — including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL queries, dashboard creation, and integration with Confluence.

·       Strong knowledge of both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid project delivery frameworks.
