• Business Process Mapping: Proven ability to create Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) to analyze funding systems and operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
• Visual Communication: Skilled at translating complex processes and system interactions into clear, intuitive, non-technical visuals that effectively communicate opportunities and insights to stakeholders.

Job Description

The organization is seeking support for legacy products while subject-matter experts focus on discovery efforts and the implementation of a new platform. This role will help ensure continuity, operational stability, and knowledge transfer during the transition phase.

Strategic Communication

• Outcome-Oriented Planning: Ability to work backward from defined business outcomes to determine the technical, operational, and process steps required to achieve success.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with automotive funding processes and the broader eFunding ecosystem.
• Technical proficiency with RouteOne and robotic process automation tools such as UiPath.

This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
