Summary

Overview

We are seeking Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineers to support testing efforts for desktop and mobile applications. This is a hands-on, execution-focused QA role where you will work closely with an established SQA team to validate application workflows across a wide range of devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute predefined test scripts and test cases to validate application functionality and user workflows
Perform end-to-end testing across desktop and mobile platforms
Validate application behavior on:
Windows and macOS (desktop)
iOS and Android (mobile)
Conduct testing across a variety of physical and virtual devices
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure accurate test coverage and results
Participate in project tracking, status updates, and QA reporting activities
Ensure thorough validation of UI/UX and functional requirements against specifications

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in manual / functional software testing
Proven experience executing test cases and test scripts
Experience testing across multiple platforms (desktop and/or mobile)
Familiarity with iOS and Android testing environments
Experience using Jira or similar defect tracking tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing across multiple devices and OS versions
Exposure to both desktop and mobile application testing
Experience in end-to-end / workflow testing
Familiarity with Agile development environments
