You Are:A highly skilled SAP GRC Implementation Lead with deep subject-matter expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance, identity governance, and access controls. You excel at leading teams, driving complex implementations, solving cross-functional challenges, and influencing key decisions. Your strengths include strategic execution, collaboration, and elevating teams performance through mentorship and guidance.
The Work:- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Access Controls for an S/4 and BW/4Hana transformation initiative.
- Ensure alignment with business requirements through detailed process analysis, design/redesign, and definition of organizational structures.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance and Identity Access Governance.
- Manage and mentor the project team to perform effectively and deliver quality results.
- Own team decisions, collaborate with multiple workstreams, and contribute to program-wide strategic decisions.
- Provide solutions to challenges impacting your immediate team as well as cross-functional areas.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective tracking of activities, milestones, and resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to strengthen business functions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.Here's what you need:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of relevant work experience). If Associate's degree, must have at least 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience with SAP Governance Risk & Compliance Access Control (SAP GRC AC).
- Minimum of three years of experience with SAP GRC (broader Governance, Risk and Compliance).
Bonus points if:- You have experience working on S/4Hana or BW/4Hana transformation programs.
- You bring knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk methodologies.
- You have experience guiding junior team members through technical and functional challenges.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading SAP GRC implementations within large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to lead process workshops, analyze requirements, and produce high-quality design documentation.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
