Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Lead/AI Architect to drive the adoption, operationalization, and enablement of AI solutions across IT and business functions. This role combines AI engineering, client engagement, solution consulting, and end-user enablement to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage of AI tools within enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI solution deployment, workflow integration, stakeholder engagement, and training business users on day-to-day AI-driven operations. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on configuring AI solutions aligned to client-specific operating models and business workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enterprise adoption of AI tools across business and IT teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AI initiatives, client coordination, and solution rollout activities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with operational and strategic goals
  • Configure and customize AI solutions based on client workflows, operating models, and business requirements
  • Work closely with IT, engineering, and architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and processes
  • Conduct hands-on development, workflow configuration, prompt optimization, and AI solution enablement activities
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for end users to drive adoption and effective day-to-day usage
  • Support change management initiatives by driving awareness, communication, and user engagement across teams
  • Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to improve AI implementation, usability, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, operations, consulting, and leadership stakeholders
  • Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise governance, compliance, and knowledge management standards

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 6+ years of experience in AI solutions, enterprise technology consulting, solution architecture, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience working with AI tools, generative AI platforms, and enterprise AI applications
  • Experience implementing and operationalizing AI solutions in enterprise environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and workflow-driven solutions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on exposure to workflow automation tools, APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms
  • Experience delivering end-user training, enablement, and adoption programs
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, knowledge management systems, and AI governance frameworks
  • Background in pre-sales, consulting, customer success, or solution architecture preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise change management and AI adoption strategies is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS AI services, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of enterprise collaboration and workflow tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Power Platform, or automation platforms
  • Exposure to data governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security best practices
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client and stakeholder engagements
