Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry UM Consultant with strong expertise in Utilization Management (UM), including authorizations and referrals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Epic Tapestry build and support, along with a solid understanding of payer systems and EDI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on Epic Tapestry UM (Utilization Management) module, focusing on authorizations and referrals
Perform build, configuration, and support activities within Epic Tapestry
Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize UM workflows
Support and manage EDI X12 278/275 transactions and payer integration patterns
Assist in designing and improving provider portal strategies
Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with payer and health plan requirements
Provide support for delegated entity oversight processes

Required Qualifications:

- Epic Tapestry UM Certification (Mandatory)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Epic Tapestry UM (build/support)
- Strong experience with UM authorizations and referrals workflows
- Experience with EDI X12 278/275 workflows
- Good understanding of payer systems and integrations
