Hands-on experience delivering intelligent systems within enterprise environments, particularly in areas involving sensitive data handling, governed processes, or operational-critical workflows
Extensive engineering experience at advanced levels (e.g., senior, lead, principal, or architectural roles)
Deep technical expertise spanning backend services, system integrations, data movement, and core application logic
Proven track record of building internal platforms or operational workflow systems rather than solely customer-facing AI features
Regular, practical use of large language models as part of development, automation, or problem-solving workflows
Sound engineering judgment in balancing rule-based systems with model-driven approaches
Experience incorporating oversight mechanisms such as human review loops, escalation paths, traceability, and operational controls
Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to engage directly with teams to understand real-world processes beyond formalized requirements
