Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Participate in Outbound Provider Outreach Team
- Support projects including:
- Provider Data Accuracy
- Rejected Claims Education
- Product Awareness Campaigns (large campaigns coming soon)
- Make telephonic outreach calls to providers
- Document call outcomes accurately for tracking and reporting
- Ensure outreach projects meet campaign deadlines
- 2 5 years call center experience
- Proficient with MS Office and Teams
- Customer service excellence in call center environment
- Call center experience
- Customer service skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Required: High School Diploma
- 2 5 years of call center experience
- Customer service in a call center environment
- Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
