Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and the wider ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions across HAM and SAM.

  • Support asset lifecycle management, CMDB/CSDM alignment and data quality improvements.

  • Configure workflows, business rules, integrations and custom applications.

  • Work with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers to improve infrastructure visibility and asset data accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

  • Utilise Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops and provide technical guidance, documentation and training.

  • Support full-cycle implementations, testing and ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.

  • Hands-on experience with both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

  • Active US Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-Discovery and CSA, as applicable.

  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, scripting, integrations and ServiceNow configuration.

  • Strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL practices.

Contract Details

  • Fully remote opportunity.

  • Long-term contract, with an anticipated duration of 1–2+ years.
