Job Title: Database Administrator (MongoDB Focus)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 24 Months (Long-term contract)
Pay Range: $51 $55/hr

About the Role:
This position is primarily focused on database operations and production support, with a strong emphasis on MongoDB. The team is looking for someone who can ensure stability, performance, and reliability of databases in a live environment.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Managing and maintaining MongoDB databases in production environments
- Troubleshooting incidents and resolving performance issues
- Performing performance tuning and optimization for high availability systems
- Supporting database migrations and environment transitions
- Working on database maintenance, monitoring, and capacity planning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system stability and efficiency
- Contributing to database security, standards, and best practices

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (must-have)
- Solid experience in incident management and production support
- Expertise in performance tuning and database maintenance
- Experience with database migration (nice to have)
- Ability to work in an operational, fast-paced environment
