Strategy & Management Consultant – ERP & Business Transformation

Location: East Coast or CST | Travel up to 50%
Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We’re hiring a Strategy & Management Consultant to lead ERP-driven business transformation initiatives. This role partners with executive stakeholders to modernize operating models, optimize processes, and deliver enterprise-wide change through ERP platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Lead ERP strategy, readiness assessments, and implementation roadmaps
Align ERP solutions with finance, supply chain, and operational goals
Drive business transformation across people, process, and technology
Conduct current-state assessments and define future-state operating models
Support M&A integrations and transformation initiatives
Establish KPIs, governance, and performance frameworks
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders

What You Bring:

5–12+ years in consulting, transformation, or strategy roles
Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Plex, etc.)
Proven experience leading ERP-driven transformation initiatives
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or complex operations
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

Experience at top consulting firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Accenture
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with Lean, Agile, or change management frameworks

Additional Requirements:

U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
No 1099 engagements
