UiPath Consultant

We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to support the development and production deployment of multiple UiPath BOTS across Sales Order, Supply Chain, and Finance processes. This role requires strong hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and move UiPath bots into production for business-critical processes.
Automate sales order creation for key customers
Perform UI automation using UiPath, including:
Logging into vendor portals
Downloading files as needed
Data scraping from PDFs and UI screens
Extract data from systems such as AYS and iTrade (EDI application).
Map extracted and scraped data to payroll systems.
Identify and map attributes for JSON payloads when orders are created.
Work with API-based integrations (API routes are already in use).
Link attributes directly to data (no EDI-based transformation approach for vendor applications).
Connect and orchestrate multiple UiPath activities end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong, hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
Solid understanding of:
UiPath activities and workflows
Data handling and data scraping
VB.NET and scripting
Experience with:
UI-based automation (no reliance on EDI transformations)
PDF data extraction and scraping
JSON payload creation and attribute identification
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain UiPath bots using best practices
Translate business and functional requirements into automation solutions
Build bots integrating UI, APIs, and Oracle Fusion applications
Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator (Jobs, Queues, Assets, Schedules)
Support UAT, production deployments, and monitoring
Maintain documentation, process flows, and runbooks

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
Strong experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and authentication methods
Functional experience working with Oracle Fusion
Experience building transaction-based and exception-heavy bots

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
UiPath certification
Experience automating Oracle Fusion modules
Citrix automation experience
SQL or database knowledge
