Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading various projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role includes managing project teams, implementing agile methodologies, and driving change management initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a scrum master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
3. Drive continuous improvement through identification and implementation of best practices in project and change management.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and communicate project updates and status reports.
5. Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
6. Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and innovation within project teams to achieve project objectives.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as scrum, kanban, and lean, with experience in implementing agile practices in project management.
2. Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
4. Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Experience in change management techniques and strategies to drive organizational transformation and project success.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) certification preferred
