Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software applications in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Analyse and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Maintain and enhance existing software applications, ensuring they meet current standards and user needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with IMS/DB technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Solid understanding of database design and management.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience in working with RESTful APIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on IMS/DB.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
