About Boolean
Boolean Data Systems is a Snowflake-focused systems integrator and Snowflake Elite Services Partner. We are building a highly specialized consulting organization dedicated to helping enterprises modernize, migrate, build and innovate on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
We are seeking a hands-on, customer-facing Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our Snowflake technology strategy, solution architecture, technical pre-sales and practice development.
This is not an internal IT leadership role. You will be the technical face of Boolean with customers, Snowflake and our partner ecosystem.
What You'll Own
- Lead technical discovery, architecture and solutioning for Snowflake opportunities.
- Partner with sales across Discovery → Architecture → Estimation → Proposal/SOW → Presentation → Delivery Handoff.
- Architect enterprise Snowflake migrations, modernization, data engineering, analytics and AI solutions.
- Lead customer workshops, whiteboarding sessions, executive presentations, demos and POCs.
- Develop project estimates, implementation approaches, proposals and SOWs.
- Help sales overcome technical objections and win Snowflake services engagements.
- Build reusable Snowflake accelerators, reference architectures, migration frameworks and packaged offerings.
- Establish architecture and engineering standards across Boolean.
- Mentor architects and engineering teams and provide technical leadership on strategic engagements.
- Work closely with Snowflake field teams to jointly develop and win customer opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in data, cloud, analytics, architecture or technology consulting.
- Significant experience in professional services or a systems integrator.
- Deep Snowflake architecture and implementation expertise.
- Proven customer-facing technical pre-sales and solutioning experience.
- Experience estimating engagements and developing proposals and SOWs.
- Ability to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, enterprise architects and engineering leaders.
- Experience building technical teams, consulting offerings, accelerators or practices.
- Snowflake partner/SI experience strongly preferred.

You can walk into a complex enterprise opportunity, understand the customer's problem, architect the Snowflake solution, estimate the engagement, create the SOW, present it convincingly, help win the business, and ensure Boolean can successfully deliver what was sold.
