Client: Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT)
Location: Remote CONUS
Onsite: Atlanta sessions as needed
Project Overview: Lead QA, testing, migration validation, UAT support, and accessibility validation for GDOT ;s approximately 7 TB SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Online/M365 GCC modernization.
Required Qualifications: 6+ years of software QA experience, including testing SharePoint migrations or Microsoft 365 solutions. Must have hands-on accessibility testing experience covering Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA. ISTQB and/or DHS Trusted Tester certification preferred.
Required Technical Skills: Test strategy development, test scripts, requirements traceability, RTM, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, security/search testing, migration data validation, Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, axe, ANDI, screen readers, Azure DevOps/Jira defect management, and UAT support.
Responsibilities: Develop the Master Test Strategy; create test scripts traced to the RTM; execute functional parity, integration, performance, security, search, and accessibility testing; manage the defect triage log; report QA status to GDOT weekly; support business-unit UAT; verify % closure of Critical and High defects before cutover; perform migration data validation; and compile testing results for the final acceptance report.
Mandatory Requirements: Candidate must be located and working within CONUS, be available 8 AM 5 PM Eastern, pass the GDOT criminal background check, use GDOT-issued equipment only, and attend onsite sessions when required. State Government experience is strongly preferred, particularly Michigan, South Carolina, or Virginia.
