Job Title: QA Analyst Manual & Automation Testing

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to support a large-scale application modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, UAT, test automation, API testing, and Agile/Scrum environments. This role will work closely with business users and technical teams to create and execute test cases and improve overall test coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for modernized applications.
Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases.
Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce repetitive testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
Work with business users and various business areas to understand requirements and testing needs.
Perform API testing using Postman.
Perform database validation using SQL Server/SQL.
Participate in an Agile/Scrum project team.
Support testing of modernized applications, APIs, portals, and other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or other automation tools.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in manual software testing and UAT.
Experience with test automation and automated test script development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira.
Experience with SQL Server/SQL for data validation.
Experience with Postman/API testing.
Experience with Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or other test automation tools.
Experience with ADA/Section 508 accessibility testing.
Experience with AI-assisted or AI-powered software testing.
Strong experience creating, executing, and documenting test cases and defects.
Experience testing modernized enterprise applications.
Experience with web portals and ServiceNow applications.
Experience with WCAG accessibility testing/compliance.
Experience working with business users during UAT.
Experience in government or large enterprise environments is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within an Agile/Scrum team.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and other QA professionals.
